The portal for the benefits is quite temperamental and does not always reflect your current benefit package. There is a clear attempt to make them more self-explanatory, but in many ways they are more complicated and confusing that they were before. Furthermore, after you have chosen your benefits package, you are still bombarded with emails and screensaver messages saying that you have not chosen any yet, which is confusing at best, anxiety-inducing at worst.
