Profit share bonus which is influenced by others doing well. It is a small proportion of the business profit also.
The 'bonus' scheme was basically stick a finger in the air. As it was team related, no matter how well you did, there would be someone in the team who would have underperformed, bringing the 'pot' down. It seemed to be a scheme to largely line the pockets of managers.
