Overall a good benefits package - but rubbish salary OTE and bonus - even when you hit target. All decretionary too, and you have to hit your bonus target - but if your team don’t, you’ll get a rubbish bonus. Might be £1k - might be £4K over a QTR. most people aren’t hitting it regularly.

As far as i could see, nobody ever received any onus here, the targets were team based and somebody always failed.
Great incentives outside of general pay and bonus. Team and individual competition targets.
Great base salary compared to the rest of the industry, the bonus is ambiguous, however if you bill well then you get the relevant bonus. My advise... be a big biller!
The commission scheme was really good. It was not capped, also the pension scheme was great.
