‘You are repeatedly asked how you’re sick, given you’ve been sick recently. ’
Take-what-you-need time-off policy, two weeks winter break, health coverage, extended maternity leave.
Holiday package - take-what-you-need - is incredibly generous, provided you have the discipline to take a reasonable number of days. In office perks, like catered meals and occasional access to a physiotherapist, are valuable, especially if working late.
take what you need leave is fantastic
They no* longer offer housing subsidy. Much less attractive package as of present day. Cost cutting means you should invalidate most (now outdated) salary metrics.
Great pension contribution (you put in 5%, the company pays in 10%)
Amazing food, if you're deployed all expenses paid for and stay at nice places. Housing subsidy, laundry, massage and chiro on site, health insurance, dental are all great. Language lessons, loads of fun things in the office, team events and the list goes on
Has everything you need in the office and they're quite generous with how you can use their facilities. You don't feel like you're being watched or limited and there is a trust there that is refreshing.
Laundry, wellness subsidy, full health insurance, unlimited sick leaves
Nice team and I learned a lot.
All needs are thoroughly covered. Palantir is always open to discussing additional ideas for perks and benefits to make sure they are leading the pack in this regard.
