best - free gym if you are able to drive to it worst - commission structure is horrendous, especially in the lower tier roles

There are no benefits package. They lie about it in the job description to get people interested in the job and to go to the interview. That's how they get paid, so they will do whatever it takes to get you to an interview.

Terrible way of Living your life. Promise of progression. Manipulation to working hard. They even have 12 hour shifts on Monday and Wednesday + some work weekends. The management lie through their teeth to convince you that no company can provide better- HUGE LIE- you can do better. Long hours, stressful job and horrible management. If you don't hit target you will be pushed to quit quickly. If something goes wrong you will be blamed and thrown under the bus- even if it is not your fault. Manipulative company and any thinking of joining should think twice- better to be placed by them then join them. Just remember- they are a sales company. YOU ARE BEING SOLD TOO AT ALL TIMES.
