The benefits package was extremely comprehensive which I would expect from such a large employer.
Holiday entitlement is generous and general flexibility to work from home unless your boss is a micromanager (which we do have a few)... especially in IRT.
Its very easy to use as its all online with plenty of notice when you can make changes. Any major life event can be used as a point to make changes. Good health, dental insurance and bonuses vouchers and discounts for lots of different things. Good pension plan
Good benefits can't complain too much as it's not a bad package overall. Could be better but could be worse.

Health benefit program optical/dental cash back is pretty good for a small monthly contribution, pension contributions are decent. Decision making process is very difficult and salaries for internal movement or promotion is not competitive. Externally employed staff are quite often on a higher salary for the same or junior level of the same job.
Flexible benefits package. You can choose what works best for you and opt out from some benefits and take the ecquivalent in cash.
