Holiday entitlement could be better
Best - staff discount Worst - they advertise statutory holiday allowance, basic pension and free car park as a 'benefit'.
Best and only good thing is staff discount. Pension contributions are non existent. Discretionary bonus is £50-100 for hitting tough KPIs , holiday allowance is bare minimum.
50% Staff uniform discount
There is no benefit from working for pavers. It’s expensive to buy your own uniform with no help from them. Money hungry company doesn’t care about you
Great Discount and Bonus Scheme would like more holidays...but doesn't everyone!
Bonus is good but holiday is low to begin with but does increase with service. The discount is great esp as it now includes Jones Bootmaker.
they expect you to work hard, you don't learn much, you don't get payrise.
The company provides funding for a Christmas party/meal for ever staff member in December, they also provide a Christmas bonus dependant on individual shop sales. Expected benefits from working in retail.
