Good holidays and private health
Personal Pension Plan, Health Benefits with medical, dental insurance, Travel allowances, Personal Development programmes, overall great benefits and very competitive in market place
They'll offer anything to their employees, so long as it doesn't cost them money. Dress down for non-customer facing roles, salary sacrifice, cycle to work.
Good range of benefits for permanent employees including private healthcare, pension contribution, share save scheme and discounts at a variety of retail outlets.
Average benefits, there is a small gym onsite and a reasonable onsite refectory. All other benefits are average,
Best is that we got a bonus last year so hopefully this will continue. Having BUPA cover, decent pension and 25 days holiday is great. We have the opportunity to buy shares and access to EAP. Most of it is standard but new things are added from time to time. We now have access to free yoga classes so more well being activities onsite would be helpful.
It's all a bit hard work and rather hollow. The pension scheme isn't bad, the share scheme is actually pretty good, and redundancy is as statuatory as it gets!
Health insurance, very good pension contribution, SIPP, childcare vouchers.
Good pension, private healthcare, bonus possibilities. Average holidays and very flexible with working times, good for people that want to start early.
Staff canteen, onsite parking, onsite gym, quiet zones, charity work, free online training
