‘Standard -sickness procedure - very accommodating ’
‘Opportunity is there when required. WFH one day a week as standard and can add to this if needed.’
Good package flexible hours standard package most company has . No complaints but wish bonus could be better
Private health insurance with Vitality and certain options for other flexible benefits such as Cycle to work, dental, childcare vouchers etc.
Best thing about the benefits package is the Computer Program, where you can finance your purchase. The worst of the benefits is the health insurance due to the chosen provider,
Good pension, good rewards/incentives, e.g. long service, flexible working, competitions. Health insurance.
They offer flexible working which is great if you have kids or a dog.
All standard things, health insurance, contribution towards gym membership, certain health apps, pension plan schemes. For a large company everything was standard. Nothing above or less.
Open twice a year with lots of information around each benefit.
Private health insurance, opportunity to buy 5 days extra holiday
Benefits package includes a huge range of options to accept from health, fitness and technology options. Nearly the entire program is modular and can be adjusted to exactly your specification annually. The company offers a 5% of salary pension contribution that you do not even have to match to receive, absolutely fantastic.
You are presented with a number of optional benefits that you have to subscribe to each year. The benefits are not the greatest and the selection process is a pain. The cost of benefits is not clear until your first pay period after the selection period.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
