The sick pay is good
No sick pay for the first 12 months of your employment and then only two weeks from then on. If you have any time off at all (just one day) it will reduce a significant amount of your bonus structure.
There is a clear policy which is easy for employees to understand and which provides some sick pay cover for staff.
No sick pay is paid to sales staff
Not the best, you only get 3 weeks pay despite the level of sickness
More than some offer as above stat minimum but not the best out there.
