The benefits which Peninsula have at the moment act as a great incentive! As it is a fast paced environment it is good that the hard work gets recognized.

I'm on the sales floor and receive bonuses if we hit quarterly targets as a team, profit share can range from 4-6% at the director's discretion. 25 days leave + bank holidays, flexible working requests are quite easy to pass through, discounts on several high street shops in the city centre & next door gym. Exlcellent penison scheme, reasonable amount of annual leave and offers of discounts from major stores in the area as well as frequent sample freebies. A lack of flexi-time and no option for time in lieu from working overtime is slightly disappointing.
