Swimming pool and gym in the offices, amazing array of canteen food every day that is incredibly cheap and many work trips out (ie. design museum, V&A etc).

The best perk is the onsite gym and swimming pool (at the HQ in Finchley, London), with free classes. This is not only a fantastic resource but a relevant asset for them given their focus on sports and wellness. They also have a great flexi-working policy, which allows you to work from home on occasion and flex your daily hours around a core of 10 - 16:00. This is incredibly useful, only point to note is that this is not universally appreciated, and with some more old-school managers and teams this way of working does cause friction.

Great benefits overall. Would be good if gym extended to gym membership to local gyms other than during holidays when the office is closed. Staff shop is awesome and well run. A showcase for the company and the brands. Ease of staff discounts through online as well.
