Benefits at PPD are similar to other big CROs. Benefits package is ok, you have to cover the majority of of the perks yourself, f.e. Private health insurance, dental service, gym, etc. Employer pension contribution is good.
PMI, 24 days AL, subsidised food - optional benefits eg Dental Plans etc
There are a whole list of benefits to choose from at PPD, from BUPA healthcare to voucher schemes.
Good - buy AL days (expensive though), Gymflex. Bad - only available at certain time point during year.
Great to have flexible benefits, buy or sell what you found useful.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
