‘Standard pay was provided alongside back to work interviews’
Good pension benefits and look after employees well
Perks at work scheme is not as good as the previous employer for cinema tickets and other discounts and can be very confusing to navigate
Great place to work, free lunches
The company has a comprehensive set of benefits for all employees with the option to add any other benefits from a computer based system. The benefits have been better than I have experienced in other roles, however other comment its standard for this industry.
It's a great versatile package
Flexit allows choice of loads of benefits via salary sacrifice. Pension is good 5% employer + 5% matched Lunch is free and excellent
Best - pension, company perks, annual bonus, free meals, free parking, gym, table tennis, badminton. Worst - Its not standardized specially, pension and annual bonus is negotiable.
Flexit allows employees to select and deselect from a raft of flexible benefits, too many options to list. Compensation package is what you would expect from a FTSE listed financial services organisation.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
