Benefits are pretty cool, started off with 30days holidays, single membership personal health cover, 4-6% pension contribution. As you grow in the ranks other pecks come in, car allowance, Long Term Incentive (LTI) - later scrapped by management team in 2014/2015, Bonus - reasonable for managers at 13% and above. Flexible working is a big big bonus.

Salary is really low for the level of work they expect you to do. One good thing is you have access to AXA Healthcare helpline free of charge if you want to have a conversation in confidence
