‘Very understanding management on sickies. Obviously there's trust element.’
‘Excellent , couldn't complain or getting anything better. Mind you, things may have changed. ’
the commission structure was very good
Flexible working, generous holiday, competitive pay
Benefits are pretty cool, started off with 30days holidays, single membership personal health cover, 4-6% pension contribution. As you grow in the ranks other pecks come in, car allowance, Long Term Incentive (LTI) - later scrapped by management team in 2014/2015, Bonus - reasonable for managers at 13% and above. Flexible working is a big big bonus.
no benefits - just a pension
best benefit is number of Annual Holidays
Salary is really low for the level of work they expect you to do. One good thing is you have access to AXA Healthcare helpline free of charge if you want to have a conversation in confidence
one of the best corporate benefits package i've seen and received
There is no medical scheme in place
They offer matched pension contributions, discounted private health care, and 25 days leave rising to 28 with length of service.
Good flexibility and agile working. Mid range payer.
