basic training when the trainer was actually on shift, and even then no 1 on 1 training even when it was quiet, unless they could call scolding you for doing something wrong/ the way youd been taught by either a previous company or by the online training, that the company provides..that was still "not the way we do things here" no chance to actually prove yourself after more than 12 weeks?! ridiculous

Pizza Express trains you o how to make coffees, serve tables, take orders, customer services and everything around in being a waiter. Sometimes (once a year) they will have a week training with staff to build team and other ways of self-confidence.
