pensions, time off, Maternity leave, Sick pay, Health insurance
Local Govt pension, Cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers
Just the usual 20 days off and the option of flexible working although highly dependant on line manager.
Holidays 28 (3 over Christmas). Pension & life insurance. Flexi & home working dependant on team. Worst or best thing is that G7 up get 10 extra days! That is a lot!!!

Annual Leave is good - esp at grade 7+ (35 days plus christmas shut down)
Institution-wide belief in taking a flexible approach to working hours, which keeps people happy. Access to great childcare on-site. Free swimming sessions at the life centre.
Pretty standard in what you would expect from a Public Sector company
