The best thing about the benefits are the discounted vouchers you can get access to, such as cinema tickets/ discounted retail vouchers and also Holiday Vouchers. The worst thing is the flexibility of shifts.
Nothing. Literally nothing. Other than essentially no discount on their clothes
sickness paid, holiday 30 days +, 5% off in xmas time
I did not feel that there was any benefit package made available to me.
Although everything is a pound excluding their special promotions they could still offer a permanent discount to colleagues as opposed to 2 weekends at christmas. The customers get better incentives and offers than what the colleagues do.
Entered into the work place pension automatically and can choose how much you pay in which your boss has to match
Friendly colleagues that always give there best
You can join the pension and a share save scheme. They use to be a Christmas bonus but that has now stopped
There is no benefits package worth mentioning at this level beyond the legal minimums, not even an employee discount.
Good benefits. Bonus scheme runs throughout the year. No discount for staff except near to Christmas when 10% is given.
