They offer an USDAW membership. The money comes out of your pay but an USDAW associate will do a presentation at your induction. USDAW are very helpful to have a membership with! That's it though for benefits at Primark. The staff discount is a dismal 10% only available in November and December.

You don't really get many. I worked in retail lot, so we got discounts at some of the food and drink shops // not all the staff in these were always aware of them. In the few weeks before xmas we got 10% off.

No staff discounts (only 10% off at christmas). But there is not much need for a discount considering the clothes are already cheap.

Primark offers its park time & full time staff great holiday. It takes in to account any extra hours you've worked over the past 12 weeks giving you more holiday hours!

Worst thing is minimum pay, no overtime pay either. Compulsory to work the bank holidays if you are contracted weekends. Very difficult to change contract. Holiday pay matches your pay but you can lose out easily if they don't inform you when they expire.
