You don't really get any. The base wage is very good but other than pension and holidays you don't receive anything else

StarStarStarStarStar Former Ladies wear Retail Assistant in Colchester, England

No discount, and as you spend so much time in the shop you end up buying so much because everything seems cheap but it actually isn't

StarStarStarStarStar Former Retail Assistant in Peterborough, England

Very few benefits which isn't the best including no staff discount.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Supervisor in Birmingham, England

No benefits at all; No uniform allowance, no discounts, extremely rude management who think their prestige due to their role, no training, no rewards, understaffed, long hours, unorganized, no consideration for bereavement or religion causes, no room for progression unless you have an affair with a senior member hence why there are countless number of "couples" in the company.. Overall not an ideal job..
