Flexible working is my favourite benefit. Pension is pretty good. Share scheme is buy one and get one free so saving up is faster. Private healthcare has been used by most people at some point.

AXA very free to manage your time and schedule holiday. I was sent abroad for training which is not uncommon within the company

Best thing: They offer a great private healthcare, shares scheme and flexible working arrangement. Worst thing: Nothing comes to mind.

Best for me have been the non contributory, final salary pension; 6 months paid maternity leave; share scheme and work from home/flexible work arrangements. It's also reassuring to know that should anything happen to me I've got a great package for sick pay, incapacity benefit & life insurance through work. We've also got a lot of value as a family over the years from the product sales and staff discounts program.
