Flexible working is my favourite benefit. Pension is pretty good. Share scheme is buy one and get one free so saving up is faster. Private healthcare has been used by most people at some point.
Good all round package thanks
AXA very free to manage your time and schedule holiday. I was sent abroad for training which is not uncommon within the company
Pay stagnates with time and is not competitive.
lots of flexibility, no bad things i can think of
Best thing: They offer a great private healthcare, shares scheme and flexible working arrangement. Worst thing: Nothing comes to mind.
Best for me have been the non contributory, final salary pension; 6 months paid maternity leave; share scheme and work from home/flexible work arrangements. It's also reassuring to know that should anything happen to me I've got a great package for sick pay, incapacity benefit & life insurance through work. We've also got a lot of value as a family over the years from the product sales and staff discounts program.
Best thing: 2-4-1 share scheme, Private Health Insurance with just £100 access, Christmas Hamper. Worst thing: company shop
Worst company especially cobalt technical centre Your boss expects you to know technology when you are finance person. Get out
Beaucoup d'avantages: sports/activités à prix réduits, possibilité de participer à des tests consommateur rémunérés, évènements d'entreprises organisés par département...
