Best for me have been the non contributory, final salary pension; 6 months paid maternity leave; share scheme and work from home/flexible work arrangements. It's also reassuring to know that should anything happen to me I've got a great package for sick pay, incapacity benefit & life insurance through work. We've also got a lot of value as a family over the years from the product sales and staff discounts program.
Best thing: 2-4-1 share scheme, Private Health Insurance with just £100 access, Christmas Hamper. Worst thing: company shop
Worst company especially cobalt technical centre Your boss expects you to know technology when you are finance person. Get out
