lots of flexibility, no bad things i can think of
Best thing: They offer a great private healthcare, shares scheme and flexible working arrangement. Worst thing: Nothing comes to mind.
Best for me have been the non contributory, final salary pension; 6 months paid maternity leave; share scheme and work from home/flexible work arrangements. It's also reassuring to know that should anything happen to me I've got a great package for sick pay, incapacity benefit & life insurance through work. We've also got a lot of value as a family over the years from the product sales and staff discounts program.
Best thing: 2-4-1 share scheme, Private Health Insurance with just £100 access, Christmas Hamper. Worst thing: company shop
Worst company especially cobalt technical centre Your boss expects you to know technology when you are finance person. Get out
Salary not the best but benefits make it hard to leave. company car, good AL, sick pay, shares, pension & maternity .
Company car, health insurance, staff shop, share scheme, pension scheme.
free healthcare, applicable for share scheme, my family care service provided via Procter and Gamble, pension.
No bonus until you've had 5+ years in the company. Share scheme (1 for 1) is great.
Beaucoup d'avantages: sports/activités à prix réduits, possibilité de participer à des tests consommateur rémunérés, évènements d'entreprises organisés par département...
