The work-life balance is really great (not always to be found in all companies), as well as the flex @ work policy (working from home, family situation you need to deal with). The worst is that there is no bonus system on lower levels

Best thing: They offer a great private healthcare, shares scheme and flexible working arrangement. Worst thing: Nothing comes to mind.

Best for me have been the non contributory, final salary pension; 6 months paid maternity leave; share scheme and work from home/flexible work arrangements. It's also reassuring to know that should anything happen to me I've got a great package for sick pay, incapacity benefit & life insurance through work. We've also got a lot of value as a family over the years from the product sales and staff discounts program.
