    Bonuses are only for senior employees and pay is now the same as other places. The only good thing is the pension. There is zero flexible working or working from home except after you have done a whole day in the office then you can take your laptop home.

    Excellent flexible work arrangements (adapting to your personal needs). Global reach of your work and challenging work assignments. PVPs and its people makes it a great place to work. On the negative: sometimes, options can be overanalysed to death or the approach tends to be too conservative. Changes in organizational culture or work processes will take ages to occur.
