I have never worked in such a supportive and hands on team. The support we provide is exceptional and enables people with complex health needs to be supported in a dignified and person centred way at home. The training is second to none and the clinical governance is outstanding. There is a high expectation of the everyone, but your effort is rewarded by a really good bonus scheme which is paid monthly on top of the usual benefits.

I worked for pulse for 7 years and majority of that time was great.... loved the clients and my team... however.... in the last year my experience changed. Lack of communication between office staff and support worker's. No support whatsoever from my line manager. Pros- my clients and my team mates Cons- poor quality of care towards staff.
