Flexible with where you work, for example i had a car crash and my managers were happy to let me work from home while I was sorting it out.

I have not expereinced the benefits package completely yet. However there are dress down Fridays and Bi monthly staff drinks and drinks on Friday that I have been part of and think are very good. Not everyone experiences all the benefits. Only those that work hard for them.
