Bonus is good but hard to meet the criteria
Very low. Don't expect to much
Performance is once a year with a mid year review also. Bonuses have got less and less each year whilst I have worked with the firm so have relied on salary and treated any bonus, as a plus!
OK - but varies considerably year on year
Performance bonus is based on departments overall earning plus individual performance. Could range from £250-£5000 depending on performance and department.
Not received it but I hear it's very smalll
