Market avg perks (compared to peers/etc)
The benefit package is fairly standard but expensive with low benefits. Performance bonus is poor when compared to the market.
Company cars seem really expensive. Its rather complicated to work through the various flexible options and understand which are just benefits and which are salary sacrifice options.
Good befenits, lacks vision at times
Bonus is not consistent with the rest of the industry but staff retention and development opportunities are very good.
Decent salary, good pension (about 10% of base), poor bonus
'Choices Allowance' - Private Healthcare, Matched Pension, latest iPhone (upon joining), top-of-the-range laptop, option to spend allowance on gym, etc. 25 + 9 days holiday, and can trade up or down by 5 days.
Very good benefits and paid holiday package. Great culture too.
PwC provides a comprehensive & flexible package that can be tailored to suit your needs and be updated over time. The latter inclusion of "Gadget" Insurance being one such nod. The free tastecard wasn't much use though.
