‘I did not have the chance to try the sick pay as I have never been off sick ’
‘Annual leave is about normal 25 days, rising after a few years service. people are encouraged to book well in advance.’
training is the best thing as you will get training to be well qualified for doing the task
If working under 2 years sick pay is only 75% of basic salary for first 10 days dropping to 50% for next 24 weeks.
Salary is fine. Occasionally a bonus, they did bring in additional payments for working away from home.
+ Salary jumps are nice after the 2nd year + Additional day of holiday per year after 2nd year (so after 7 years you'd have 30 days holiday) - After a few years the salary doesn't match the market - Share options seemed like a way to pay lower salaries
Good pension scheme and discounts
The main benefit is the pension scheme which is required by law
auto signup to pension, there are gym discounts for few gyms on list
The pension scheme is probably the best thing.
Three days of free training in any QA course
almost there is no benefits package apart from the world-class training.
