I think Quantexa has a good benefits package for their employees and they've recently been adding to it to make the lockdowns in UK and workload/stress at work more digestible. Flexible work is possible in some departments of the company but not everywhere, as some are obliged to attend meetings with clients which of course you can not move or skip.

Flexible working during covid, Stock options, Birthday off. Worst is overtime policy and it's lack of enforcement

For a startup it a very very attractive benefit package. Sometimes, even big company do not contribute 5% to the pension!
