Salary very average in terms of competition. Usual university issues regarding the pension
Generous holiday package and normal, public sector maternity leave package which is really very good. Flexible working is offered but is at risk now under new leadership teams.
30 days leave for all staff
I have not worked here long enough to know how many disadvantages there are to working here.
