Dynamic working policy needs to be better Pension is statutory minimum which I think could be improved No save as you earn Reed Discount Club is good Health cashback plan is good if you know how to use it and are enrolled on the pension scheme Sabbatical is good Professional and personal development funds are good 25 days holiday plus buy, sell or carry over is good
