Best thing about the benefits at REED is the Insurance Benefits and long service awards. You get rewarded more the longer you stay with REED which really makes you feel valued. Benefits are communicated often and clearly.
Everyone will find something to suit them, and you're free to opt in and out of some of benefits. Only sad thing that childcare vouchers and not provided anymore
Decent agency no complaints
REED discount club is pretty much all on offer, which isn't that wonderful. Everything else, its statutory. It is basic. It is shocking!!!!
Paid sabbaticals at 5,10,15.....years of service
The best thing was the pension pay in of 5% I think. You had to pay for the discounts club, and it was too demanding to take annual leave.
Scottish Widows pension scheme, could be a higher employer input, but reasonable. Holiday entitlement is good, with the ability to buy and sell holiday as well.
Great holiday allowance, discounts at your disposal (including for holidays!) and help towards your tuition for learning (online degrees, driving lessons etc)
I have benefited from the Health Cash Plan to help towards dental, optical and a sports injury
