There is absolutely no benefits, the best benefit is the day you secure other work and are lucky enough to leave. Wont even cover your travel expenses as part of your role should you need to travel.

Apparently the salary was a "benefit"? The biggest "benefit" was working on site with (what may possibly be their only) a client, so I didn't have to see the owner on a daily basis.
