Best part of perks is the budget each team gets to do some kind of fun activity each quarter. This seems kind of basic but it was actually really great for morale and team building to have budget to go out for dinner or do something interesting outside of work hours and environment. Holiday entitlement was good and you also get a bunch of volunteer hours that you're encouraged to take. Plenty of other good benefits too like cycle to work schemes, gym discounts, travel insurance etc.
