Discounts for shops was most used. Saved an awful lot on cinemas etc. Good pension. Holidays where you can buy and sell.
Team bonus was okay but frustrating at times when your personal billing was high (as you could still end up with nothing). Benefits from HR weren't very good and didn't always work.
A nice conference once a year. Salaries and commision schemes are extremely low
