Excellent package offered to all employees from the moment they join the company. Focus on employee well being during COVID lockdown has been exemplary.
Probably one of the best benefits packages I have received in my short career spanning 10 years across 4 companies. Would like a little more flexibility to work from home opposed to 1 day a month.
The benefits package is the main redeeming feature for this company. Very competitive salary. Staff are offered various benefits such as volunteering leave and health insurance.
Good standard benefits overall. Health cover has an excess of £150 for the first time used every year. This is a bit of a downside but it does cover pre-existing conditions which is a plus.
Share incentive plan, matching and free shares (performance related), good pension, decent annual leave and brilliant study support. Reward for longevity. Office facilities
The low pay is the worst thing but the best would be the additional benefits such as pension, share options etc.
Benefits geared to long service. Share schemes are very generous.
Private health insurance, pension, parental leave, SIPP & SAYE schemes
Good - Share schemes i.e. Share Incentive Plan and SAYE Bad - Higher bonuses for support staff
Good employer, work & life balance life
