Share incentive plan, matching and free shares (performance related), good pension, decent annual leave and brilliant study support. Reward for longevity. Office facilities
Good standard benefits overall. Health cover has an excess of £150 for the first time used every year. This is a bit of a downside but it does cover pre-existing conditions which is a plus.
The low pay is the worst thing but the best would be the additional benefits such as pension, share options etc.
Benefits geared to long service. Share schemes are very generous.
Private health insurance, pension, parental leave, SIPP & SAYE schemes
Good - Share schemes i.e. Share Incentive Plan and SAYE Bad - Higher bonuses for support staff
Good employer, work & life balance life
