holidays are good. Good people. reasonable hours. flexible working available to all.
Not many benefits for employees, other than sick pay.
The commission structure and weekly and monthly incentives for great performance throughout the month. Rewarded for the work you do.
Holidays 7 weeks Pay Sick leave 20 weeks full pay 20 weeks half
Good range of benefits from flexible working/shopping vouchers/cycle to work scheme.
No decent benefits offered what so ever.

List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
