Best - generous benefits - 28 days leave, contributory pension, health care insurance, free lunch. Worst - average salaries and little progression - pretty much inflation adjusted only.
Pension contribution is good. Annual cash bonus is limited which coupled with stagnant wages gives employees little upside. Wage growth is not tied to performance (everyone gravitates around inflation +\- 2%)
Pension scheme is very generous.
The share schemes are good but confusing
Great pension, medical cover and free lunch
Pension is 16% contributory, which is great. Bonus is not great, but fairly standard. Other benefits are in line with peer group
Excellent non contributory pension, healthcare, gym, free lunch but share option had changed and couldn't participate in the best one by the time I joined the company.
Excellent holiday package and health benefits. Colleagues encourage one another to maintain a proper work/life balance. Share price incentive is also an excellent benefit.
Equity compensation kicks in at more senior levels and can make a big difference.
Very good package, easy to understand.
