A sufficient amount of annual leave was provided for my contracted 12 hours. I could not have wanted any more

4 weeks a year I believe, can’t always get the days that you want because of another member of staff being on holiday which is a pain in the summer

A Less than normal. Usually would expect 26 or 28 not 23. It's a significant amount of time

Standard annual leave. (Give plenty of warning when you need to request days off/holiday)

  • 14 Jan 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Manager in Livingston, Scotland

@8 days for a full time employee which is pretty much in line with most retailers

StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Sales Advisor in Sheffield, England

Same as everywhere else really. 4 week. Its retail so some people work selected bank holidays

Minimal at best. It's calculated on how long you've worked for the company and how many hours you work. Staff get the same as managers which isn't really fair as I practically live at the shop. Used to get an extra week when you'd worked 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc years - this has just been reduced to every 10 years of service.
