The company offer a really great benefits package made up of core and voluntary benefits, this allows me to pick the ones that best suit my lifestyle needs. I am able to amend the benefits each year which allows flexibility for what I need at the time.
Private Healthcare, 'Choices' scheme for additional benefits
Best: Scope to move internationally
The best thing about the package is that it is competitive compared to the market, the worst part of it is the long hours on the contract.
Good healthcare, holidays, standard sick leave, bonus is random and bottom of market rate
The company go out of their way to consider benefits that aid and support the lifestyle of their employees and have launched so many that have saved me money or brought perks to my holidays, shopping, dining as well as aiding my well being proactively and in support of anything that may occur.
Benefits package fully covers everything and more

Great training and development opportunities. Lovely offices in central London location. Overall not a bad benefits package but long working hours and small amount of holidays.
Maternity cover policy has been amended to substantial benefit to new mothers
