great perks and cycle to work scheme , private pension family minded with sociable hours. Great environment to meet new people also.
Base Salary Is Too Low and salary increase is not guaranteed
Good benefits package, however pension does let it down.
Really very little, Robert walters have enhanced their benefits packages in the last couple of years and it’s fantastic.
Great benefits - Pension contribution, holidays and flex benefits
The benefits here are really comprehensive and are a mix of company paid and voluntary flex benefits.
Benefits are really good but poorly communicated - there are excellent benefits such as healthcare and a flexible benefits systems but I’ve lost count how many times people have asked me how it works - as it’s hard to find how exactly some of your benefits work. Housing allowance is amazing, pension needs work but a new flexible benefits systems allows you to pick what works for you - such dental through to family discounts.
The benefits package is good and you have the opportunity to opt in/out of different benefits each year so that it meets your needs.
There are some really strong benefits at Robert Walters - share scheme, medical, car and house allowances. The pension just needs to be improved as it falls short of most industry averages.
3% pension, 27 day annual leave, private health care
