Full health insurance and 20% bonus for managers. Great progression opportunities. Communication down from snr management getting better. Employee voice not strong enough. Forum in place but ununionised means that certain decisions made can be underhand and slightly unfair
Flexible start and finish times and being able to earn up to 2 days off a month for working some extra hours over the month is invaluable.
