Maternity Leave period of up to a year, with 6 Months of it fully paid, subject to one year’s service at Royal Mail. Rest of the one year is satutory. Don’t think it gets better than that!
Full and flexible leave provided and available, including childcare shift attendance times flexibility. Unfortunately, similar to sick pay, the latter is often exploited and in some case abused.
