Sick pay, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme, pension scheme are pretty good comparing to other companies. Annual leave can be a bit tricky as you might or not get the time off that you want or need.

Royal Mail pay package is good. And they reward workers with shares and loads of overtime and benifits.

    - Getting holidays are extremely difficult and you have to book 12 Months in advance. - You only receive sick pay after working at the company for 12 months

There isn't a benefits package. Just a standard base salary paid per hour as a part time worker so no other benefits are offered. You just get paid for the time you work there and nothing else.
