Sick pay, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme, pension scheme are pretty good comparing to other companies. Annual leave can be a bit tricky as you might or not get the time off that you want or need.

The package offered was one of best in industry and compared to other organisations .Benefits were also very good including bonus.
