40 1st class stamps at Christmas
Some good, some bad. There is a generous holiday entitlement but it can be difficult to organise time off. Weeks just get allocated to you and it is very difficult to change them.
No real exposure to benefits package - intern role only includes base salary.
We received free stamps at christmas which is great for all the christmas cards I forget to post. Sick pay good, although management will do their best to avoid paying by accusing you of faking illness.
