Benefits package is far superior to other privately owned companies for most employees. For senior managers this is c.18%bonus, car allowance, nearly doubles pension salary sacrifice. If you pay 6% they pay 9%, plus private health care.

Free shares if applicable. They have their own dedicated benefits site where you get discounts off big companies such as Apple (5%) amongst others. Options to buy cars from Vauxhall and have it tie in with your weekly wage.

A very good benefits package covering the purchase of addition annual leave, an employee shares scheme and paid sick leave.

the private health scheme is great, although it seems unfair to pay the excess charge, when you are already taxed as a benefit! , car choices are now limited

The best are the free uniform. And some weekly allowance. the worst are the holiday choices and lack of Saturdays off.
