Good Holidays,Pension Scheme and Medical and dental care
free dental, free medical, if you are shore base there's opportunities for adventurous training. subsidies food on base. Free food on ship whilst deployed. subsides rent or cabin on base. own bunk on ship
The only realistic benefit to civilian street is the educational help/facilities
You are just a number at the end of the day.
Great benefits, fantastic opportunities for growth and education. The best decision you will ever make.
Accommodation and travel provided if willing to work away from your family Monday to Friday
Offer great travel opportunities and a chance to visit countries that you would have never thought of booking a vacation to. The drawback is that you spend a lot of time from your family.
Good extra-curricular and sports. Pay not that great, and the going-away pay (LSA) is pretty pitiful: working 16-20 hours a day on a ship for months on end for an extra £15 isn't that good a proposition, really.
The non contributory pension scheme, the health care and dental provision, the availability of sports facilities and opportunities for sport and adventurous training, the professional training and education through life
You get good leave, travel, deployments to other continents, medical and dental free plus gyms.
