schedule of 5 days in and 3 days off, 9/12 days off per month, 21 days annual leave per year
When I was working for them not much was offered unless you were on a Ryan Air Contract.
I thought that the medical insurance was standard and they offered good advice on pensions saving however had no formal programme.
Best thing: everyday you come back home Worst thing: salary
There is nothing good. The only benefits are staff travel flights which are as expensive as passenger flights. it is not worth it.
Up to 5 months unpaid leave which you can use to travel. You get a 3 year contract which more of less gives you stability. If you work how they want you to and keep your sales up. You do not get anything free from the company. positive thing is staff travel which let's you buy tickets to any Ryanair destination for 7 euros + airport taxes of chosen destination. But this only applies to you. Not friends nor family.
I did not ever received any benefit from them. I even had to pay the ticket for the shuttle to the centre and than the train to go back home on my own.
Absolutely nothing. No benefits. Pay for everything.
