Staff travel, leave, and the 5 on, 4 off roster are the perks.
21 days of holidays per year, that is all the benefits given to the department I work in
Absolutely terrible company, they treat staff very badly and customers even worse I worked in the customer service department, and we were told not to issue any refunds, despite getting thousands of calls a day We were actively encouraged to break EU law regarding refunds
5 days on 3 days off rota
No sick pay, unrealistic targets, horrible management, I had to pay for my uniform and training course (over 3K). Staff travel isn’t worth it, not a guaranteed ticket and 95% cheaper to book as a regular passenger. Horrible shifts, horrible working hours. Impossible to transfer, promised discounted for families - this does not exist. I’ve been abused, sexually assaulted, name called - by colleagues and passengers. Worst job I’ve ever had. I’ve gave it a chance, nearly 3 years of crap
You get 10 percent off your sales and in a month it stacks a lot. It's still bad the salary though amounting at around 1000 to 1200 pounds monthly. It is a lot in other countries but in the UK especially in London it was difficult to live in. Accommodation was not provided, neither transportation.
Best Roster pattern 5_3 Good people Worst Miserable salary Miserable bosses Miserable and dirty planes
Great colleagues love working here
Sales bonus, staff travel, days off.
Vantagem são os "Blue tickets" embora sejam poucos
