Excellent training opportunities, generous pension contribution.
flexible working is really good
Basically non-existent beyond annual profit-related bonus. This was particularly low this year (2019) due to tighter profit margins.
Sage offer a great package
Flexible work environment, annual bonus, good annual pay rises for high performing staff, decent holiday allowance. Some benefits only available for staff with more than 10 years service.
Holidays start at 25 days, with additional days added after a few years service. Sage matches your contribution to the company pension. There is a 5 year trip to the California office for all employees. Plenty of sports clubs eg softball and cultural clubs eg theatre visits and a day per year given to do voluntary work. A friendly and supportive atmosphere, a nice place to work.
The annual bonus is a good benefit as it bumps up the low salaries paid.
Adequate but private health insurance for all UK employees would be helpful with the way the NHS is going and the demands put upon all employees by SAG.
Good benefits including annual bonus and holidays increasing to 30 a year and volunteering and house move days
Everything about SAGE is awful!
