SAS has invested time and effort to deliver a highly flexible and generous benefits package that caters for all employees and contributes to making a positive working environment for all
Good pension (employer contribution 10%), private health care, critical illness insurance, income protection insurance - all quite flexible. And you get your birthday off as special leave.
Pretty standard corporate benefit package: pension, gym, cycle to work, various discounts, etc. The pension benefit is more than average.
All of the usual benefits plus some additional creative things like getting your birthday off as an extra holiday, company subsidised international soccer tournament, daily boxes of fruit being delivered to the office
it's truly a great place to work, however, if you are looking for career development as a young individual unless you are really high up with the directors and managers and have them roped around your little finger you have no chance of progressing at all - Especially as I was a contractor.
25 days holiday, pension contribution, medical cover
best benefits package in the market
The Benefits are fabulous and being added to all the time
Pension 10% + 5% employee contrib. Also flexible vacation days
They think the benefits are amazing but they are very average. Each employee gets a certain amount (not a lot) to spend on benefits and you then decide which ones you want to purchase. The pension is pretty good but the level of healthcare cover is really poor.
