    it's truly a great place to work, however, if you are looking for career development as a young individual unless you are really high up with the directors and managers and have them roped around your little finger you have no chance of progressing at all - Especially as I was a contractor.

    They think the benefits are amazing but they are very average. Each employee gets a certain amount (not a lot) to spend on benefits and you then decide which ones you want to purchase. The pension is pretty good but the level of healthcare cover is really poor.
