Awful. Can't remember the number of days but put it this way, God forbid you became seriously ill whilst in their employment ..... pretty certain it was 8 paid sick days per annum.
I think what SCC offer is more than fair and in extreme circumstances they have been known to go beyond whats fair.
standard fare - 8 days in rolling 12 months
SCC only pay 8 days sick pay irrespective of how long you have been with a company. You cannot afford to work for SCC if you are seriousy ill.
