‘Awful. Can't remember the number of days but put it this way, God forbid you became seriously ill whilst in their employment ..... pretty certain it was 8 paid sick days per annum. ’
Holiday Purchase scheme is great to take additional days over the financial year. There are discounts available to gym memberships and the Eden hotel collection. I enjoy using the volunteering day provided to us each year to support a chosen charity organisation.
Standard selection and others available through benefits, good business to work for, lots of opportunities to grow and excel in career.
Some of the great perks at SCC are the employee discounts to the Eden Hotel collection, ability to purchase extra annual leave and the annual volunteering day to support a registered national charity which I have used to support the awareness of organ donation.
It doesn’t exist. Literally no noteworthy benefits at this company what so ever
There isnt really one, the company car scheme is managed by a nice guy but what they will tell you at interview and what will actually transpire are not the same.
The minimum that they can get away with.
Best was the salary at my level.
nothing, no perks at all only car allowance to bump your pay to the minimum and they take that off you if you dare to have an older car, only one "engineered" trip per year for workers who have said the right thing at the right time! very poor and no flexible working at all
Great Benefits, one if them is the health scheme, pension and the holiday buy scheme.
The benefits package at SCC showcases how much you are valued as an employee, which is highly. There are annual department bonuses, employee of the month awards, excellent holidays and a great pension scheme.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
