Good healthcare, pension plan and share shave scheme.
Best - 24 to 28 days A/L plus Bank holidays+birthday+5 days for voluntary service Worst - sick pay scheme in case you do need it
The standard package is pretty good - private health insurance, pension scheme, life insurance. 28 days off + your birthday. Opportunity to volunteer. Flexible and work from home.
SDL promises a bonus to make the offer more attractive but the bonus can vary significantly from one year to another, which is not something that is clear from the beginning.
Comprehensive benefits package. Healthcare does not cover family members unless you make additional contributions
Good vacation, pension matching, and bonus
Great technology and some excellent people - all now left. Complete disrespect for staff
Good benefits in-line with other companies of a similar size
Maternity Pay is well below standard for the industry and only covers statutory payment, which leaves fulltime new mothers with a very difficult decision in the current climate.
I think the benefits package is average. SDL could be better at providing information to it's employees as to exactly what they receive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
