Brilliant perks and good benefits
Maternity pay is enhanced and better than many similar companies. Wellbeing is getting better with a new EAP, financial assistance, gym memberships and a strong focus on mental health awareness. Community programme allows one day volunteering for everyone - love this. Lots of opportunity for training and development if you want to develop and work hard. Retail discounts are ok, fairly standard. Employees are recognised for hard work although system could be better. Overall the benefits are getting better but there’s more to be done!

6 months fully paid maternity leave which is so unusual in other businesses, a definite plus. The rest of the benefits a very average. Nothing earth shattering.

If you work hard over and above what is required you can be nominated for many awards. These can add up over the year. SGN also have gainshare each year
A mixed range of benefits including: employee assistance programme, extra holiday purchase scheme, cycle to work, employee shopping discounts, community volunteering, car purchase, health & well-being campaigns, energy discounts, childcare vouchers etc. A pretty good range of benefits but there's room for improvement to incorporate things like flexible benefits and total reward statements.
