Comprehensive package, although a little confusing to find everything and speak to the right person about it.
pension and holiday allowance are decent. no WFH culture though.
The discount scheme is very poor, a kin to quadco but worse
Not the best in the industry, but there have been improvements in recent years
Lots of store discounts/possibility to buy more holiday/fitness memberships etc
Brilliant perks and good benefits
Maternity pay is enhanced and better than many similar companies. Wellbeing is getting better with a new EAP, financial assistance, gym memberships and a strong focus on mental health awareness. Community programme allows one day volunteering for everyone - love this. Lots of opportunity for training and development if you want to develop and work hard. Retail discounts are ok, fairly standard. Employees are recognised for hard work although system could be better. Overall the benefits are getting better but there’s more to be done!
The benefits are not great. They could do with a shake up!
Great bunch of people to work with
6 months fully paid maternity leave which is so unusual in other businesses, a definite plus. The rest of the benefits a very average. Nothing earth shattering.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
