Our benefits are a key part of how we say thank you to our people for their hard work and contribution to SITA. We talk to our teams regularly and try to provide support in areas that are important to them and that promote a healthy work life balance.
We offer competitive retirement savings, medical insurance and life insurance policies. We have parental leave and annual leave and all of the things you would expect, but we also offer days off to volunteer with charity or local community activities, as our people have told us that this is important.
The health and wellbeing of our people really matters and we actively encourage a healthy lifestyle. From the location based initiatives like fruit and exercise classes, to the global wellness program and employee & family assistance programs that support our employees and their families at all stages of life.
We think our benefits are pretty good and we hope you will to.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
