Health insurance was a good benefit, not much else.
The benefits package is very average - mostly what it's legally required., but not what you would suppose to get from such a big company.
Could do with health care
Great travel benefits and opportunity to go on FAM trips.
The worst thing about the benefits is the lack of! For such a demanding role you would expect a bit more. The benefits they did have were redundant as the company would not give the time off for them to be used
Overall good benefits for industry.
Best things are: really cheap Eurail tickets; also you get a yearly travel allowance; flexible working options for Head Office staff. Worst thing is that if you work in Head Office, it can take a while to get deals back for your trips.
Best - 25 days holiday and Flexi time Worst - Everything else. Statutory benefits and no tenure advantages
some discount on travel but not a lot at all.
